There’s a new festival riding into town, and it’s bringing the heat. Face To Face Touring has officially announced Sunburnt Country, a brand-new country music festival set to launch across three stunning Australian locations in early 2026. Headlining the inaugural event is none other than Jason Aldean, the country juggernaut behind hits like Big Green Tractor, She’s Country and Whiskey Drink.
Kicking off in Toowoomba on February 21, the festival then travels to the Hunter Valley on February 28 before wrapping up in Canberra on March 1. The three-date run marks Aldean’s long-awaited return to Australian stages, his first since his 2016 sold-out tour and forms part of the international leg of his massive Full Throttle World Tour.
But Aldean isn’t riding solo. Joining him is a stacked lineup that blends Nashville edge with homegrown flair. Rising US star Corey Kent brings his rock-infused sound down under, while local heavy-hitter Brad Cox, and rising talents Dear Tommie, and Y.O.G.A. round out the bill with a mix of powerhouse vocals, raw songwriting, and electric live energy.
Designed as a full-scale outdoor experience, Sunburnt Country isn’t just about the music it’s about the vibe. Think, wide open skies, world-class artists, and thousands of country fans coming together for the ultimate summer celebration. Whether you’re a longtime country devotee or a casual listener, this festival promises an unforgettable escape into the heart of modern country music.
After nearly two decades at the top, Aldean’s resume speaks for itself. 30 #1 hits, nearly 20 billion streams, 20+ million albums sold, and multiple Entertainer of the Year honours. Now, he’s bringing that same high-octane energy across the Pacific, and Aussie fans are here for it.
