Morgan Wallen Splits With Girlfriend Weeks After Going Instagram Official

It looks like Morgan Wallen and Paige Lorenze have called it quits.

The country singer, who shares his 19-month-old son Indigo with ex Katie Smith, and his social media influencer and model girlfriend have broken up after nearly a year together, according to Page Six.

“She suspected he was cheating on her with multiple people,” a source told the outlet. “After they went public, Paige started getting all these messages on Instagram from girls saying, ‘I was with him. We slept together.'”

The source continued to say the DMs “snowballed, and it got to a point where it was just too much” for Lorenze. “She’s heartbroken.”

Page Six first broke the news on February 2nd that Wallen and Lorenze had been quietly dating “for almost a year,” with an insider saying, “They agreed to keep their relationship out of the spotlight, but it’s no secret among family and friends.”

Shortly after the news hit headlines, Lorenze confirmed the relationship by going Instagram official.

“i love you! and am so proud of you. @morganwallen,” Lorenze captioned a photo of the couple hugging backstage at Wallen’s sold-out New York City concert, where the model was seen singing and dancing in the audience alongside Wallen’s sister, Ashlyne. They filmed videos together for their Instagram Stories, and Lorenze also twerked on Ashlyne in a bathroom on TikTok.

Wallen also shared a photo looking cozy with Lorenze on his Instagram Stories in February. A few days later, the couple attended Ashlyne’s “Denim and Diamonds”-themed birthday party in Nashville.

In the wake of the pair’s split and the cheating allegations, Lorenze uploaded a video of herself dancing to Beyonce‘s Sorry in a form-fitting dress. The song is from the album Lemonade, which is presumed to be about Jay-Z‘s alleged infidelity.

She also posted a meme on February 27 via her Instagram Story that read, “One of the most underrated ingredients for having a good life is a clear conscious. To know you aren’t out here doing people wrong and hiding who you are lets you sleep peaceful at night. Karma is real, energy is contagious.”

The same day, Lorenze announced that she has moved into a home in NYC's West Village without Wallen, who continues to reside in Nashville. 

Wallen and Lorenze have since unfollowed each other on Instagram.
