Morgan Wallen has shared the news his fans have been waiting for: the release date of his new album, I’m The Problem, and unveiled two new singles.
I’m The Problem will be released via Big Loud on Friday, 16 May. To commemorate the news, Wallen has dropped two tracks, I’m A Little Crazy and Just In Case, both of which he’s recently teased on Instagram.
Pre-orders for the album will be live at midnight ET or 3 pm AEDT for those living in Australia. Head here to pre-order/pre-save the release.
The release of I’m The Problem will coincide with Wallen’s inaugural music festival, Sand In My Boots, which will take place in Gulf Shores, Alabama, on 16-18 May.
Sand In My Boots sold out in just two hours. In addition to Wallen’s headlining performance, he’s curated an event that features Post Malone, Brooks & Dunn, HARDY, Riley Green, Bailey Zimmerman, The War On Drugs, Ella Langley, Morgan Wade, and many more.
Wallen has spent nearly a year writing and refining I’m The Problem from his farm just outside of Nashville. He was joined by collaborators Joey Moi and Charlie Handsome as he undertook a reflective process, determined not to shy away from the past while looking to the future.

“I have been a problem, for sure, and I’ve got no problem admitting that,” Wallen said in a press release. “But there are other sides to me as well. I’ve spent the last 11 months really trying to figure out, ‘Do I still want to be the problem? Is it time to move past that phase in my life?’ I think it probably is, and this might be the last time I get a chance to honestly say it.”

Last week, Wallen told fans that I’m The Problem was “officially done.” He also announced a 19-date stadium tour of the US from June to September in support of the record. The announcement of I’m The Problem’s release date follows Wallen’s latest singles, Smile, Lies Lies Lies, and Love Somebody.
