Max Jackson has been having fun with fans on social media recently, starting a series of covers based on her hit single Little More Country.
Taking to Instagram yesterday, Jackson uploaded a wrap-up of the songs she’s countrified in her Little More Country series, including the anthemic Working Class Man by Jimmy Barnes, Lose Yourself by Eminem, Stayin’ Alive by the Bee Gees, About Damn Time by Lizzo, Stand By Me by Ben E King, Paint It Black by The Rolling Stones, Lady Gaga’s Poker Face, and even more.
Somehow, by making the songs her own, it’s like we’re hearing newer (and better) versions of well-known tracks for the first time.
Could you ever imagine some of those songs as country hits? You can check out Jackson’s parts one, two and three of her countrified versions of classics below.
She captioned the part one video, “the little idea that turned into so much more.. recapping what i’ve done so far! Should I continue this series in 2024? If so, send in your requests!”

In November, Jackson was named an ambassador for the upcoming 52nd Tamworth Country Music Festival. Toyota Country Music Festival Manager Barry Harley said, “We’re excited to welcome Max Jackson as an ambassador, whose talent and sound is a refreshing and contemporary approach to Australian country music.”
Jackson’s ambassador announcement followed her reaching some tremendous career milestones, including signing with ABC Music in October. She also recently teamed up with Stephen White Management.
On signing with ABC Music, Jackson said, “I’m really proud to also have this new music coming from not just myself but an incredible team. Recently, I announced my signing with Stephen White Management.
“Now, along with Steve and Brogan, we are so proud to announce that we have also joined forces with ABC Music. This really completes a dream come true team for me, and I cannot wait for this next bunch of music I’ve been working on, kicking off here with Little More Country.”
