Australia’s long-reigning king of country music, Lee Kernaghan, has announced the latest batch of dates on his upcoming Boys From The Bush – The Concert national tour.

The run looks like it’ll be revealed in multiple announcements, with the She’s My Ute singer sharing tour dates for Victoria and Tasmania today.

Boys From The Bush has been touted as Kernaghan’s largest, most expansive tour to date, featuring a new band, new set and new show for his devoted fans. Kernaghan has announced seven dates today, with more to come in the coming months.

The tour begins in early July in Victoria and will travel through Traralgon, Narre Warren, Geelong, and Warrnambool before heading to Tasmania for dates in Burnie, Launceston, and Hobart.

The tour dates announced today can be found below. Tickets can be purchased via Kernaghan's website on Thursday, 28 March.

“It’s been a long time between drinks, as far as touring goes, so being able to get the full production event out on the road for 2024 is a dream come true,” Kernaghan commented in a press release. “In a lot of ways, every show will be like an annual general meeting of the Outback Club; it’s gonna be a party, it’ll be a celebration, and everyone’s invited.”

He continued, “The power of music is such an amazing thing. It can lift you up when you’re feeling down or take you back to a special place in time. One of the greatest things, though, is how it brings people together.

“I’m really looking forward to catching up with all my damn good mates across Australia on the 2024 tour. It’s the people I’ve met, and the places I’ve been that have inspired so many of the songs. Being out on the road again will be like coming home.”

So far, the tour has seen Kernaghan book dates at this year’s Tamworth Country Music Festival and appearances at the 2024 Gympie Music MusterMelbourne Muster, and Lighthouse Country Music Festival. Next month, he’s set to perform in Adelaide and Perth.
