Lauren Alaina & Husband Cam Arnold Expecting Their First Child

Lauren Alaina and her husband, Cam Arnold, have revealed that they’re expecting to welcome their first child this year.

“We can finally share the best and biggest news of our lives,” Alaina wrote on Facebook, along with photos shared exclusively with People. “Baby Arnold will be here this Summer. Cameron and I are overwhelmed with love and gratitude for our favorite little surprise!!”

The American country singer teased (then confirmed) her pregnancy in her brand-new music video, Those Kind Of Women, which she said was inspired by the “strong and fearless women that raised me.”

In the video, Alaina is a mother who’s there for her daughter, tying up her dress and being her shoulder to cry on, all while teasing her pregnancy throughout the clip. The video's final frame contains the text: “This video is dedicated to my Momma and our sweet Baby Arnold coming summer 2025.”

Alaina also discussed the pregnancy news with People. “[I didn’t know] I can love something that I haven’t even really held yet,” she shared. “I feel the baby inside me, and it’s kicking me and doing all of the things. It’s like I was the Grinch or something, and my heart grew.”

Congratulations to the happy couple! Countrytown hopes the remainder of Alaina’s pregnancy will be safe and smooth.

In 2021, Alaina released her third album, Sitting Pretty On Top Of The World, and was asked to become a member of the Grand Ole Opry. She was invited to accept the prestigious honour by her hero, Trisha Yearwood.

In 2023, Alaina released the six-track EP, Unlocked, which featured Lainey Wilson on the song Thicc As Thieves. The EP marked Alaina’s first release since signing to Big Loud Records.
