Country music powerhouse Lainey Wilson is heading back to Australia and she’s bringing a whirlwind with her.

The GRAMMY and CMA-winning star has officially announced the WHIRLWIND WORLD TOUR will touch down in Australia and New Zealand in February 2026, marking her biggest run yet across the region. With a string of arena dates, this tour is set to be a full-blown celebration of Wilson’s meteoric rise and fans won’t want to miss a moment.

Having last visited Australia in 2024 as the headline act at CMC Rocks where she also sold out her first ever Sydney and Melbourne shows, Wilson is doubling down for her long-awaited return. And this time, she’s making her New Zealand debut, with dates locked in for Auckland and Christchurch.

She’ll be joined across all dates by special guests Flatland Cavalry and Kaitlin Butts, two exciting acts who will not only be making their Australian debut but will also be bringing their own southern grit and charm to the stage.

The tour kicks off on Friday 6 February at Auckland’s Spark Arena, followed by Christchurch, then back-to-back stops across Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth. That’s right she’s hitting up the entire country!

This run also coincides with the release of the deluxe edition of her 2024 album Whirlwind, out August 22. It features five new tracks including the poetic Somewhere Over Laredo and the boot-stompin’ fan-favourite Bell Bottoms Up.

With over 1 billion global streams, multiple Billboard #1 singles, and a platinum-selling catalogue, Wilson is one of country music’s most unstoppable forces. Her accolades include the 2023 CMA Entertainer of the Year, making her the first woman in over a decade to win the honour and Best Country Album at the GRAMMYs for Bell Bottom Country.
