What started as a Jelly Roll performance turned into a full-blown WWE face-off with Logan Paul.

Jelly Roll made a high-impact return to the WWE ring on Friday night, stepping back into the spotlight at SmackDown in his hometown of Nashville.
Performing his track Liar at Bridgestone Arena, Jelly Roll brought the crowd to its feet with the same song he debuted during SummerSlam 2024, now unofficially a WWE anthem. But the good vibes didn’t last long. Enter: Logan Paul.
Mid-performance, the WWE Champion stormed the ring, crashing Jelly Roll’s moment with a scathing monologue. “This ring is sacred… you belong on a stage, not in a WWE ring,” Logan said. “The WWE doesn’t need a Jelly Roll. The WWE needs a Logan Paul.”
Jelly Roll, never one to back down, clapped back without missing a beat: “You must not completely understand where you are, Logan Paul. This is my hometown, Nashville, Tennessee. Just so we’re clear, down here, nobody gives a damn about your podcast.”
Things escalated fast. Randy Orton entered the arena, clearly unimpressed with Paul’s rant, and looked ready to throw down. But before he could make his move, Drew McIntyre stormed in with a surprise jump-kick that laid Orton out. As Paul began attacking the downed Orton, it was Jelly Roll who rushed in to pull him off.
The dramatic standoff left fans wondering: is Jelly Roll gearing up for a full-blown return to the ring?

With SummerSlam 2025 hitting MetLife Stadium on August 2nd and 3rd, this fiery exchange feels like more than just theatrics. If the tension is any hint, a Logan Paul vs. Jelly Roll match may be WWE’s next headline clash.
