This past weekend (Saturday, 9 September) marked the first anniversary since Kane Brown released his third album, Different Man.
The American singer didn’t post anything on his social media accounts until Sunday when he posted a link to his website and the watching eyes emoji. The website leads fans to a timer counting down to this Thursday, with pre-save to Spotify and pre-add to Apple Music links.
Is Kane Brown releasing bonus tracks to Different Man or signalling an entirely new era of music? We don’t know yet but we look forward to whatever he does next. You can take a look at his website here.

Different Man debuted at #17 on the Australian Albums Chart upon its release.
Earlier this year, Countrytown reported that Kane Brown and Bailey Zimmerman appeared on the soundtrack for Fast X, the tenth film in the Fast & Furious franchise.
Brown starred on My City, a collaboration with rappers G Herbo and 24kGoldn, while Zimmerman sang on Won’t Back Down featuring YoungBoy Never Broke Again and Dermot Kennedy.
Brown and Zimmerman’s appearances are particularly notable as the remainder of the soundtrack is not country music-oriented at all, featuring the likes of The Notorious B.I.G., Jessie Murph, Maria Becerra, $uicideboy$, BIA, J Balvin, Jimin, Lil Durk and more.
Chatting from the desk in his Nashville home last year, Brown explained to Countrytown about his humility, “Part of me is still the guy from Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, who feels like he still works in retail. It’s fun to get fan bases together when they think they would have never listened to you. It’s really cool that music can open people’s minds and connect you to different communities.”
The title track from his 2022 album features country music superstar and The Voice coach Blake Shelton, while Thank God is a warm duet with his wife, Katelyn Brown, that’s been omnipresent on the Countrytown Hot 50 since its release.
