Harry Styles and Shania Twain Perform Together At Coachella

The duo performed two of her beloved classics: Man! I Feel Like a Woman! and You’re Still the One.

More Shania Twain Shania Twain

Shania Twain has thanked pop artist Harry Styles, after he brought out the country queen during his headline set at Coachella on April 15.

She shared, “I am honoured and thrilled to have joined Harry Styles onstage for his Coachella debut. What a magical moment!! And I mean c’mon… WHAT A SHOW! I’m a huge fan! Grateful we got to create this memory together.”

Twain donned a sequin technicolour retro-style dress and a pair of white go-go boots to coordinate with Styles’ rainbow plunging neckline mirrorball jumpsuit. The duo performed two of her beloved classics: Man! I Feel Like a Woman! and You’re Still the One.

Styles told the crowd of Twain, “Now I have to tell you, in the car with my mother as a child, this lady taught me to sing. She also taught me that men are trash.” Then speaking to Twain directly, Styles said, “To you, for the memories you gave me with my mother, I’m forever grateful.”

Man! I Feel Like a Woman! and You’re Still the One were both written by Twain and Robert John Lange and appear on Twain’s third studio album, Come On Over (1997). The former peaked at #1 on the Australian ARIA Top 50 Singles Chart, while the latter reached #4.

Both songs did well at the GRAMMYs, with both songs awarded ‘Best Female Country Vocal Performance’ in 1999 and 2000, respectively. You’re Still the One also took ‘Best Country Song’.

The former One Direction member previously performed You’re Still the One with Kacey Musgraves at Madison Square Garden in June 2018.
