Time to start the countdown, Groundwater Country Music Festival has unveiled its full line up for the 2025 festival and they’re raising the bar big time. With over 40 artists set to take to the stage at Broadbeach from October 17 to 19, this free three day event is shaping up to be an enormous weekend on the Gold Coast.
Global heavyweights including Jackson Dean (US), Shane Smith & The Saints (US), Nikki Lane (US), Vincent Neil Emerson (US) join local legends like Troy Cassar-Daley, Brad Cox, Casey Barnes and more to deliver knock out performances.
Of course there are plenty of Aussie favourites such as Sara Berki, Amy Sheppard, Lane Pittman and Rachael Fahim and more who will be lighting up some of the 14 stages and venues across Broadbeach over the jam packed the weekend.
Experience Gold Coast Festival Director Mark Duckworth said this year’s program is a true celebration of country’s diverse voices:
“This year’s program is the best example yet of what Groundwater is all about, investing in new talent, giving our local artists opportunities to shine, and bringing them together with some of the best acts from around the world. When you put that mix of artists across the streets with buzzing venues in the heart of Broadbeach, you get a unique weekend of country music here on the Gold Coast.”

New this year, The Star Gold Coast are joining in the fun hosting acts like Hayley Jensen and Josh Setterfield.
Liam Brew and Sons Of Atticus will be curating three major parties for punters to crash including Morgan and More, a Morgan Wallen tribute show, a 90’s Country Party, so get ready for some boot-scootin’ boogie and it wouldn’t be complete without a Groundwater Wrap Party.
There’s plenty of action off stage too. Attendees can expect line dancing sessions, country themed cocktails, and even a Bluegrass Breakfast hosted by The Loose Moose.
The Farm Angels return as the festival’s Charity Partner in 2025. Fans can show their support by heading down to Kurrawa Park to shop merchandise or purchase a raffle ticket from the team. You can even snap a selfie with Bessie the Cow.
All of that and plenty more for free. With the beach as your backdrop and country bangers echoing from every point on Broadbeach, this is one country part you just can’t afford to miss.
