Following a massive run on the road with Keith Urban earlier this year, Nashville breakout Chase Matthew is heading back to Australia but this time he’s taking centre stage.
The rising country star has announced his Holdin’ It Down Under Tour, set to hit major cities across the country in April 2026, along with a special appearance at Meatstock.
Matthew, who’s quickly becoming one of country music’s boldest new voices, will be joined by fellow Nashville talent Austin Williams, another fast-rising artist with a fresh country sound.
The Holdin’ It Down Under tour will see Matthew bring his signature mix of grit, faith, and high energy show to Australian fans. Known for hits like Darlin’, Love You Again and the platinum certified smash Country Line.
With over 1 billion global streams and a reputation for rowdy live shows that capture both heart and hometown pride, Matthew’s momentum has skyrocketed since his independent debut, with sold out U.S. headline tours, high-profile festival slots, and collaborations with country heavyweights like Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan.
Meanwhile Austin Williams, Matthew’s special guest on the tour is carving his own path in country music. After a viral breakout on TikTok that racked up over 800,000 followers and more than 185 million streams, the Tennessee native’s heartfelt songwriting and throwback flair have made him one to watch.
