'Sunday Best' is due for release on June 10.
Contemporary country singer-songwriters, Bryce Sainty and Taylor Moss have teamed up for their next single. The track, titled Sunday Best, originally featured on Sainty’s EP, Hometown, but has been re-recorded with the addition of Moss’ vocals to make it a duet.
On May 20, Moss teased the collaboration, sharing an image in the studio with the caption, “Tracking something a little bit exciting! Hey, Bryce Sainty,” with an emoji of a monkey covering its mouth.
She later shared the cover art for the new single. Moss wrote, “Bryce Sainty asked me to sing on his next single Sunday Best. It’s such a beautiful song! We can’t wait to share this with you!!”
Sainty also revealed the news. He captioned, “For my next single I wanted to add something different and special, so I’ve teamed up with [Taylor Moss] for a special version of Sunday Best.”
In our exclusive Track by Track for his Hometown EP, Sainty described the outright unapologetic love song as a piano ballad with delicate lyrics and melody.
“This is by far my favourite song I have written. I wrote this with Rod McCormack and Sally Barris and to me, this song sums up why I wanted to switch from releasing individual singles to an EP,” Sainty shared. “I wanted to create music that really meant something to me, and I wanted to share not only the upbeat songs that I love releasing but also the kind of songs that make you fall in love with music and for me when we wrote this, I fell even further in love with music.”

The Australian Country singer-songwriter’s recent single, Get It Girl, peaked at #1 on the Countrytown Hot 50 Country Airplay Chart. One for the ladies, the confessional, power anthem speaks of a different kind of unconditional love – the unspoken language and innate understanding shared between a woman and her girlfriends. Lyrically, the track celebrates the female relationships that have shaped, grounded, and comforted Moss through the highs and lows and have grown her into the person she is today.
