Rising Australian country singer-songwriter Briana Dinsdale is embarking on the next chapter of her career. She’s just signed a global record with MNRK Nashville, expanding her footprint in the home of country music.

Dinsdale’s signing marks a significant milestone for her career in the US, taking her beyond being an emerging songwriter from Australia.

She currently has a Top 10 Australian Country Radio single with Real Time Love, and has previously made it to the Top 10 of the Toyota Star Maker competition and was a nominee for this year’s Breakthrough Artist of the Year at the Countrytown Awards.

Live, she’s performed at festivals including CMC Rocks, Strummingbird, Meatstock, Ridin’ Hearts, and the Gympie Music Muster, and showcased at BIGSOUND.

“Briana is an amazing talent, and I am elated to have her join the MNRK Nashville family,” Scott Givens, SVP of MNRK Nashville, commented in a statement. “Combined with her amazing management group and our Nashville, New York, UK, and Australian based teams, we are all committed to do whatever it takes to support her."

Coinciding with the announcement, Dinsdale has unveiled her new single, Little Fire.

Co-written by Dinsdale and Tori Tullier and produced by Mick Flanders and Caleb Flanders, the track sits in the uncomfortable space of someone knowing they deserve more from a relationship but remaining drawn to a person who ultimately, isn’t that good for them.

Little Fire contains fiery imagery, a thrilling chorus, and an unapologetic perspective. The bold, timeless country-inspired track finds Dinsdale capturing conflicting emotions and experiences such as frustration, lingering affection, and an undeniable spark.

Dinsdale said of the single, “Little Fire was written all about the anger yet love you can feel for someone when they’re almost all in, but not quite yet. Even when you know you deserve more, there’s still a spark that keeps pulling you back in, and that’s where the fire in this song comes from.”

Dinsdale, a recipient of the Keith Urban Scholarship and the CMAA Senior Academy scholarship, released her debut EP, Late Night Small Talks, last year. With her new signing, the only way for her to go is up.
