Following in the footsteps of Lil Nas X (who released his best-selling children's book C Is For Country earlier this year), Brett Young can now add author to his growing resume.

Inspired by the lyrics of the singer-songwriter’s gold certified chart topper Lady, in Love You, Little Lady, Young writes a love letter to his daughter, Presley, as he shares what it's like to hear her heartbeat, hold her for the very first time, and watch her take her first steps.

According to the website, the children’s picture book reflects the boundless love parents have watching their tiny daughter grow into a "little lady."

The 32-page book is ideal for ages 4-8 and features illustrations by Airin O’Callaghan. The soon-to-be father of two announced the exciting new collaboration with his wife, Taylor on the Today Show.

Young said, "The publishers came to us after hearing the song with the idea. With one little one in the house and another one on the way, we thought my wife and I could come together for a cool little venture."
