Blake Shelton will be honoured with a star on the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles.
Chosen from among hundreds of nominations, the Hollywood Walk of Fame class of 2023 was announced by the Walk of Fame Selection Panel and the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce.
It features a total of 24 honourees, and Shelton will be included in the Recording category. The other artists chosen are Marc Anthony, Irving Azoff, Sheila E, the Jonas Brothers, Lenny Kravitz, Charlie Wilson, and Jenni Rivera, who is being honoured posthumously.
Additionally, the Walk of Fame will induct honourees in the categories of Motion Pictures, Television and Live Theatre/Live Performance. Inductees in these categories are Ludacris, Bill Pullman, Uma Thurman, Vince Vaughn, John Waters, Jon Favreau, Mindy Kaling, Martin Lawrence, Ralph Macchio, Ellen Pompeo, Garrett Morris, Lang Lang, Melba Moore, and Pentatonix. Juanita Moore and Paul Walker will also receive posthumous inductions.
