In May 2019, Brand became a father for the first time at 49-years-old with the birth of daughter, Pepper. He first revealed on January 6 via a lengthy social media post that another baby girl would bring the family to four.

Last week, with the announcement of his fourteenth studio albumAll Or Nothing – due for release on August 26, Brand said, “Pepper’s baby sister is literally minutes away, mummy was due yesterday and our bags are packed at the door ready for a fast getaway… Let’s Go.”

The album shares its name with his current single, which currently sits at #6 on the Countrytown Hot 50 Country Airplay Chart. Produced by Luke Wooten, All Or Nothing was co-written with The Wolfe Brothers.

Brand describes the single, “To be country, is more than just looking or sounding a certain way, it’s more than just a passing fad or a trend to be a part of…. being country is about authenticity, it’s actually living the life and values in the lyrics of our songs. So, if you’re here for a fast buck or coz it’s the ‘in thing’ right now… Then move on, coz round here, it’s All or Nothing!”

All Or Nothing follows, Still The One, which will also feature on the new album.

Brand’s last studio album was 2020’s Speed Of Life. The album debuted at #6 on the ARIA Charts and contained the singles Life’s Been Good To Me, Freakin’ Weekend, Fly, You Are Not Alone with Casey Donovan as well as the title track.

Brand said, “The whole experience of making this album was a vastly different experience to all the other albums I’ve done in the last 20 years. It was a calm and stress-free process and I put that down to the place in life I’m at. I felt no pressure in putting this album together… no urgency to find that big hit song… to be honest I let my heart guide me this time, and my heart was full of the wonderful notion of my baby girl who was about to be born. I whole heartedly believe she gave me that calmness and clarity in knowing what I wanted to sing about this time around.”

As well as his 13 studio albums, Brand has released one holiday album, Christmas In Australia and three compilation albums. In 2016, he also teamed up with Drew McAlister, Travis Collins, Matt Cornell and Mike Carr on the release Adam Brand and the Outlaws, which was nominated for ‘Best Country Album’ at the 2016 ARIA Awards. It peaked at #6 on the ARIA Australia Albums Chart, and #1 on the ARIA Australian Country Albums and Australian Artist Albums charts.
