Amber Lawrence is back just in time for summer with a brand new tune that’s begging for a spin on your party playlist.

Fresh off a jam-packed tour schedule that’s taken her across Australia and Europe, the six time Golden Guitar winner has released Something To Dance To, a bright, feel-good anthem that radiates good vibes and carefree energy.

“This might just be the song for summer,” says Lawrence. “A light-hearted, breezy but kickin’ call out to get yourself on the dance floor.”

Teaming up with Nashville-based Aussie hitmakers Kylie Sackley and Phil Barton, the track blends Lawrence’s signature country pop charm with a little edge – all polished up by producer Stuart Stuart (Sheppard, The Veronicas). Think sun-drenched days, open windows, and that first cold drink after a long week.

Something to Dance To is inspirational in a different way,” Lawrence adds. “Go out and let your worries slip away and let your dance moves do the talking!”

In the music video we’re transported to a vibrant bowling alley arcade, where we meet a mix of quirky characters all caught up in the fun. It’s a bright and colourful, nostalgia-soaked trip back to the ‘80s. Its playful energy and retro charm, perfectly matches the feel good vibe of the song.
