Saddle up, because Farmer Wants A Wife is officially gearing up for another season and the 2026 cast might just be its most chaotic (and attractive) yet.
Channel Seven has dropped the new lineup, for this year’s season and it’s bringing together a mix of five farmers from across Australia ready to swap solo farm life for a shot at love and a happily ever after.
Leading the pack is Farmer Jarrad, a 41-year-old almond farmer from Taylorville, South Australia who’s bringing grounded, emotionally switched-on energy to the season. He’s big on family, kindness and building a genuine connection that doesn’t take life too seriously.
An outdoor lover who enjoys cooking for friends and meaningful conversation, he’s looking for someone who values honesty, communication and a good sense of humour, saying, “Life’s more fun when you’re able to enjoy the little things, support one another and keep learning together.”
Then there’s Farmer Dylan, 24, from Cherry Gardens, South Australia. Farmer Dylan is the classic rodeo cowboy meets sheep farmer, thriving on open skies, hard work and a life that’s anything but predictable.

Whether he’s riding, travelling or caring for orphaned wildlife, he’s happiest outdoors and he’s looking for a partner who can match his energy, saying he wants “a woman who knows what she wants and is not afraid to take the bull by the horns!”
Farmer Alex, 28, is bringing a slightly different vibe. Based in Kin Kin, Queensland, he’ll be bringing a fun, creative edge to the lineup. By day he’s a cattle and mushroom farmer, but he’s just as at home cooking Italian and Japanese dishes, hitting the gym or tearing up a dancefloor. A self-described “nerd at heart,” he’s big on music, travel and good energy, and is looking for someone artistic, a little cheeky and just as keen to get the most out of life.
Also in the mix is Farmer Jason, 37, a dairy farmer and dad of two who’s already giving strong “gentle giant” energy. Based in Coolbunia, Queensland he’s open about wanting to find someone to share life with - and possibly expand his family. Jason is looking for someone fun, bubbly and genuine with a positive outlook, saying he’s a sucker for a beautiful smile and is drawn to confident people who know how to relax and not take life too seriously.
And completing the lineup is Farmer Zac, 24, rounds out the younger end of the lineup. He’s an apple farmer from Forest Range, South Australia with a love for cooking, sport and a partner who can keep up with his lifestyle.
He’s got a soft spot for a good laugh, the occasional caramel slice, and is surprisingly handy in the kitchen with crème brûlée and chocolate brownies on regular rotation. Zac is looking for someone driven and goal-focused, but who’s also just as happy to show up, support him and do life as a team.
There’s no locked-in premiere date just yet, but it’s confirmed to be landing soon on Channel Seven and 7plus, so consider this your official warning to clear your schedule.
Because if there’s one thing Farmer Wants A Wife consistently delivers, it’s romance, chaos and just enough wholesome energy to keep us all coming back.
