Meatstock 2025 is bigger and better than ever, returning with a fun-filled sensory explosion on 7-8 March in Toowoomba and 14-15 March in Bendigo. Over two stacked days, each event will celebrate the best of low and slow barbecue, live country music, and unforgettable good times.

“Meatstock is a weekend of like-minded music and barbecue-crazed people, with lots of families hanging out, camping together, and enjoying amazing, authentic barbecue, great music, and really fun entertainment. The energy is amazing!”  enthused Jay Beaumont, Director of Meatstock.

The Jack Daniel’s live stage features a huge line up consisting of both international country superstars as well as some of Australia’s finest music talent. Friday kicks off with performances by Brad Cox, Seaforth, Lane Pittman, Robber Mortimer, Bella Mackenzie, and Sammy White, and the party continues on Saturday with the festival’s headliners Chase Rice (USA), Oliver Anthony (USA), and Redferrin (USA) who will rock the stage, alongside our homegrown artists Taylor Moss, Melanie Dyer, The Wet Whistles, Dakota East (Bendigo) and Piper Rodrigues (Toowoomba).

As soon as you step into the gates you’ll be met with a waft of the BBQ pit yard. You’ll find national and international teams battling it out in the Heat Beads BBQ Wars, vying for the title of best in their specific protein category. Meanwhile, the butchers will showcase their skills in the meat-filled showdown, the Butcher Wars.

The action doesn’t stop there with the PBR bull riding joining in the fun. It’s a high-adrenaline and unpredictable edge of your seat type experience, featuring expert riders and fierce bulls. The PBR adds a dynamic and pumping element to the Meatstock Festival which is not to be missed.

Meatstock is full of surprises! If you still have time after all of those activities you can add the infamous Better Beer Dad Bod Contest, the Beard and Mo Wars or the always-exciting Australia’s Strongest Man and Woman competition to your list of must-sees at the festival. You’ll find endless accommodation options on site with camping available, or thanks to the convenient locations of all the Meatstock festivals you can stay in nearby hotels and local B&Bs making it easy to stay close to the action.
