More Denvah More Denvah

Following a breakout year that saw her claim her first #1 single with Making Cups of Tea, Denvah is back with her most emotional release yet, valentine’s day. A true rising star of Australian country music, Denvah has once again showcased her signature storytelling.

Diving deep into the raw emotions of loss and heartbreak, valentine’s day is a reflection on what's been lost and mourns what could have been. Combine Denvah’s unique voice and the most gut wrenching lyrics of valentine's day and you’re left with a true heartbreak anthem. The song takes listeners through an emotional story of losing someone that had always promised to stay.

“This song was basically a therapy session to myself, I cried at my piano and came out of it with a song. It’s funny because, at the time, it was such a sad experience for me but now it’s turned into one of my favourite songs and I’ve written” says Denvah

Already on the calendar is a performance at the sold-out CMC Rocks festival in March, and now a nomination in the inaugural Countrytown Awards for Breakout Artist of the Year, proving that 2025 is shaping up to be another mammoth year for this young country star.

Denvah’s V Day Playlist:

In Love Songs:

Wake Me Up - Ed Sheeran

The lyrics of this song alone make my soul want to fly.

Movie Star - Trousdale

First time I heard this song I actually had instant tears, the cutest song in exactly.

Sparks Fly - Taylor Swift

Have to have some old school Tay Tay in the playlist, and this song made me wanna dance around my bedroom when I was 9 and it still makes me want to dance at 24.

Talking to Strangers - Maisie Peters

Again lyrics are stunning!!! I love the simplicity of this song and I was so driven to it the first time I heard it.

She’s Everything - Brad Paisley

This is the pinnacle of a country love song, simply stunning.

Out of Love Songs:

Vertigo - Griff

This one’s become a new obsession but it’s pretty much on every playlist but definitely all my sad ones.

Happy Anymore - Trousdale

I think Trousdale will be in every one of my playlists but this song is so gut-wrenchingly beautiful.

Trying To Let Her - Ruston Kelly

There’s a longing in this song that I simply love.

The 1 - Taylor Swift

I love a song that makes my heart ache and this one does exactly that.

All Too Well - Jake Scott (Taylor Swift Cover)

I actually drew a lot of inspiration from this cover, I love the way ay Jake sings it and the emotion he puts into it, which is what I tried to do with Valentine’s Day.
